At Capital Steel Buildings we believe that choice is an important factor and as always we try to provide you with as many otions as possible. So, lets assume you have bought your chosen structure with all the features and options you  desire, what then?

Well guess what- you have further choices!

• Your first choice is by far the easiest choice. You can sit back and let the Distributor take care of everything for you, by the end of which your only contribution will be to accept the keys to your new building from him. No hassle, worries or hunting round for reliable contractors to complete your build for you. Our Distributor has taken care of all those worries already and has a reliable workforce and the knowledge to get your structure off the floor and through to completion.

• Your second choice offers flexibility but also requires a lot more input from you. You can choose to do an assissted build, where the Distributor will help with advice and guidance on your build project but you will obviously be doing the largest part of the work and taking the largest part of the hassles and worries too. This choice may save you money and may be favourable to those of you with an aptitude for DIY.

• Your third choice is favoured only by the brave and experienced. Its a complete DIY build where you just get wired in and build it yourself. Whilst this is not a choice a lot of people will take, it still is an option at Capital Steel Buildings. With this method, you will have to do all your planning and building regs yourself, obtain permissions  and building warrants and thats before you get started. But hey, some people like something they can get their teeth into and thats fine by us.
